Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Duluth handles a lot of imported and wholesale product, which means container after container arriving on mixed pallets that never quite match a standard footprint. If your team is restacking freight just to make it fit, storage is costing you labor every single day.
We design pallet rack around the pallets you actually receive, including oversized and non-standard loads, so product goes from dock to rack position without rework.
Send us pallet dimensions, weights, clear height, and forklift type, and we will return a layout with a pallet position count and pricing.

The Gwinnett corridor along Satellite Boulevard and Pleasant Hill runs heavy on import distribution, and imported pallets rarely match the 48 by 40 standard. Metric pallets, slip sheets, and over-width loads all change upright depth and beam length.
Getting that wrong is expensive. A rack designed for standard pallets will leave your Duluth team fighting overhang on every put-away. We size frames to your real loads, and where pallet sizes vary widely we spec wire deck so any footprint sits safely.
Duluth buildings also frequently run multiple tenants and shared docks, which limits how much floor a crew can occupy at once. We schedule installs in sections around dock availability so your neighbors and your own inbound schedule are not blocked.
Our stock is close enough that partial deliveries by phase are practical rather than a logistical headache.

From the first phone call to capacity-tagged bays, here is how the work actually runs.
Free design consultation comes first. We go through pallet dimensions including any oversized or metric loads, average and maximum weight, clear height to the lowest obstruction, forklift specifications, and how many pallet positions you need at peak season.
You get back a CAD layout of the building with rack rows placed against your floor plan, pallet counts totaled by row, beam elevations, and aisle widths — plus an itemized quote showing steel, decking, and installation separately.
Duluth installations frequently combine selective pallet rack for fast picks, push back rack for backstock depth, and carton flow for case-level order fulfillment. Where you store long or awkward material, cantilever rack keeps it off the floor and out of the aisles.
Every frame is anchored to the slab, plumbed, and leveled. Wire mesh decking supports non-standard and mixed pallet sizes, and each bay gets a capacity tag so your crew and any temporary labor know the limits without asking.
Larger projects are phased by aisle so receiving continues while the crew works. Afterward we remain available for beam level changes, added bays, and replacement components as your Duluth product mix shifts.
