Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Norcross is dense with older industrial buildings that have been re-tenanted repeatedly, and most of them carry rack left behind by someone else's operation. If you inherited a layout built for a different business, you are working around it every shift.
We redesign those buildings around how you actually pick, then reuse what makes sense and replace what does not.
Send us your pallet sizes, weights, clear height, forklift type, and daily order volume, and we will show you a layout with the pallet position count and a price to get there.

The Jimmy Carter and Peachtree Industrial corridors have a lot of buildings in the 20,000 to 80,000 square foot range with clear heights around 20 to 26 feet. They rarely come empty, and the rack that is already standing was usually specified for a previous tenant's pallet size.
That existing steel is often worth keeping. We evaluate what you have, identify which uprights and beams are safe to reuse, and design new rows that tie into them cleanly rather than telling you to scrap everything.
Fulfillment operations in Norcross also pick at the case and each level, not just the pallet level. That pushes the design toward carton flow on the lower levels for picking, with pallet storage above as replenishment. It keeps pickers walking short distances instead of covering the whole building.
We lay out both the pick face and the reserve storage on the same drawing so the two work together.

From the first phone call to capacity-tagged bays, here is how the work actually runs.
Free design consultation opens every Norcross project. We cover pallet dimensions and weight, clear height, existing rack you want evaluated, forklift and order picker equipment, daily order counts, and whether you pick pallets, cases, or individual units.
The CAD layout we return shows the full floor: reserve pallet storage, pick faces, aisle widths, pallet position counts, and beam elevations. The itemized quote separates new steel, reusable existing components, decking, and installation labor.
For Norcross fulfillment work we commonly install carton flow rack at the pick level with selective pallet rack above it, push back rack for backstock depth, and pallet flow where product needs first-in first-out rotation. Cantilever rack covers long or bulky items.
Crews anchor and plumb every frame, install wire mesh decking, set flow lanes to the correct pitch, add row spacers and column protection, and capacity-tag each bay.
Work is phased by aisle so orders keep shipping during install. We stay available afterward to add pick lanes, adjust beam elevations seasonally, and supply replacement components after forklift contact.
