Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Growth is the usual reason a Kennesaw operation calls us. Order volume climbs, inbound containers stack up on the dock, and suddenly there is nowhere to put the next truckload. Renting a second building costs far more than racking the one you already have.
We design warehouse racking that turns unused vertical space into working pallet positions. You give us pallet sizes, weights, clear height, and forklift type; we give you a drawing, a position count, and a firm price.
Kennesaw sits a straight run down I-75 from our office, so scheduling and delivery stay simple.

Kennesaw's industrial space around Chastain Meadows and Big Shanty is a mix of flex buildings with modest clear height and newer distribution product with real vertical room. Which one you occupy changes the entire rack strategy.
In a flex building, the win usually comes from narrowing aisles and adding beam levels. In a taller building, the win comes from going up and pairing selective rack with a reach truck. We look at your forklift before recommending either, because a sit-down counterbalance unit cannot serve a layout designed for a reach truck.
Kennesaw operations also tend to be growing fast, which means today's layout needs to accept more bays next year. We design with expansion in mind — consistent bay widths, matching upright profiles, and space left where the next run can tie in.
That saves you from buying an incompatible second system twelve months from now.

From the first phone call to capacity-tagged bays, here is how the work actually runs.
The process starts with a free design consultation by phone. We work through pallet footprint and weight, maximum safe stack height, sprinkler and light fixture elevations, forklift specifications, SKU count, and how many pallets you receive in a typical week.
Our design team produces a CAD layout of your Kennesaw building showing rack rows, aisle dimensions, pallet position totals, and beam elevations, together with an itemized project quote.
We install the full range: selective pallet rack, push back rack, drive-in rack, pallet flow, carton flow for case picking, and cantilever rack for long stock. For growing Kennesaw distributors, a common answer is selective rack for the top-moving SKUs with a push back block for bulk backstock, which keeps picking simple while adding density where it matters.
Crews install anchored, plumbed, and leveled frames, add wire mesh decking where cartons or non-standard pallets need support, and finish with capacity tags at every bay. Aisle protection and row spacers are installed at the same time.
Installations are phased so receiving keeps running, and we stay reachable afterward for beam adds and reconfiguration as your Kennesaw operation scales.
