Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Newnan has picked up serious distribution and supplier activity as companies moved south along I-85 for cheaper space. Those newer buildings often have 30 feet or more of clear height, and most tenants use only the bottom third of it.
That unused cube is the cheapest storage you will ever get. Racking it costs a fraction of leasing more square footage.
Send us pallet sizes, weights, clear height, and forklift type, and we will come back with a layout, a pallet position count, and pricing you can put in a budget.

Coweta County's newer buildings around Shenandoah Industrial Park and the Amlajack corridor were built tall, which opens options that older metro buildings cannot support. With 32 to 36 feet of clear height, four to six beam levels become realistic, and a reach truck or turret truck pays for itself in recovered floor space.
But taller rack has to be designed correctly. Upright column sizing, base plate specification, anchor pattern, and row spacing all change as you go up. We spec those from your actual loads instead of copying a layout from a shorter building.
Automotive and plastics suppliers in Newnan also run heavy, repetitive inventory — the same SKU arriving by the truckload. That is exactly where drive-in and push back rack outperform selective, sometimes cutting the footprint for that inventory by a third or more.
We will show you both approaches with position counts so the tradeoff between density and access is a decision you make with numbers in front of you.

From the first phone call to capacity-tagged bays, here is how the work actually runs.
Free design consultation comes first. We collect pallet footprint and weight, clear height and sprinkler elevation, forklift type and maximum lift height, SKU velocity, and how many pallets of each SKU you hold at peak.
Our design team produces a CAD layout of your Newnan building with rack rows, aisle widths, beam elevations, and pallet position counts by row, plus an itemized quote covering steel, decking, and installation.
We install selective pallet rack, push back rack two to six deep, drive-in rack for high-volume single SKUs, pallet flow for first-in first-out rotation, carton flow for case picking, and cantilever rack for long stock.
Installation includes anchoring to the slab, plumbing and leveling every frame, wire mesh decking, row spacers, column protectors, end-of-aisle guards, and a capacity tag at each bay. Taller Newnan systems get particular attention to anchor specification and row spacing.
Larger installs run in phases so inbound and outbound keep moving. We remain available afterward for expansion bays, beam elevation changes as your pallet heights shift, and replacement components.
