Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Alpharetta industrial space is mostly flex — office in front, warehouse in back, and less clear height than a purpose-built distribution building. That makes every foot of storage count more, not less.
In a flex bay, the difference between floor stacking and a proper rack layout is often the difference between staying put and signing a bigger lease.
Tell us your pallet or carton dimensions, weights, clear height, and material handling equipment, and we will send back a layout with position counts and pricing sized to the space you actually have.

Flex buildings along Westside Parkway and the GA-400 corridor typically run 14 to 20 feet clear, sometimes less. Standard distribution rack layouts do not translate — bay widths are constrained by columns, and forklift options are limited by door height and turning space.
We design specifically for that. Shorter upright heights, tighter bay configurations, and in many cases a combination of pallet rack and industrial shelving so smaller items store at hand height while palletized goods go above.
Technology and medical supply operations in Alpharetta also store high-value product in relatively small quantities, which pushes toward carton flow and shelving levels over deep pallet storage. Getting a labeled location for every SKU matters more than raw pallet count.
We size the system to the building and the inventory rather than proposing a distribution-center design that will not fit through your dock door.

From the first phone call to capacity-tagged bays, here is how the work actually runs.
Free design consultation opens the project. We cover pallet and carton dimensions, weight per position, clear height to the lowest obstruction, dock and door constraints, what equipment you use to move product, and your SKU count versus pallet count.
Our design team produces a CAD layout of your Alpharetta space showing rack and shelving placement, aisle widths sized for the equipment you own, position counts, and beam or shelf elevations, plus an itemized quote.
Systems installed here include selective pallet rack, carton flow rack for case and each picking, industrial shelving for small parts, push back rack where depth helps, and cantilever rack for long stock.
Installation covers anchoring, plumbing and leveling, wire mesh decking so cartons and totes sit safely, row spacers, column protection, and capacity tags on every bay. Where a flex bay has limited access, we stage materials to fit the door and aisle you have.
Work is phased around business hours since many Alpharetta tenants share buildings with office neighbors. Afterward we stay available for added bays, shelf levels, and reconfiguration as your inventory profile shifts.
